1.Materials and Tools
For this project, you'll need:
- A blank apron
- A 12.4x15.6 MaggieFrame
- Standard 7511 embroidery needles
- Embroidery thread
- 2.5-ounce stabilizer in black
- The TC1501 embroidery machine with 15 needles
2.Digitizing the Design
Using the Chroma Lux digitizing software, I loaded the artwork and began the intricate process of digitizing. From the flames surrounding the design to the steak's intricate details, every element was carefully crafted. The letters spelling out "Keep it Grilled" were given a gradient effect for added flair.
3.Hooping with MaggieFrame
When it came to hooping, the MaggieFrame made the process seamless. With its sturdy build, it held the apron in place, ensuring precision in every stitch. Remember to place the apron strap at the back to avoid any stitching mishaps.
4.Embroidering the Design
With the design loaded onto the TC1501, it was time to bring the apron to life. The machine's ability to handle up to 15 colors in a single run was crucial, especially for our multicolored design. As the machine worked its magic, the anticipation built.
